New kid on the blog

Well hello to all on 'Blogger', I have finally decided that I shall set-up my own blog to let all you guys know what is happening in and around my work.

I know I have many fans out there and I really appreciate your support, its your backing that spurs me on continue showing my Chef skills and offer my ideology to the business.

I will try to blog as often as I can, Im usually very busy so apologies if the updates arent as frequent as you would like.

I shall post a 'proper' blog later but for now I just wanted to introduce myself to your network family.
